Dr. Conquer has 10 years of experience on clinical trials on dietary supplements.  Now she is working on putting the research together.

  1. Hi Kelly, Mainly we don’t worry quite so much about macros. It just needs to be in the ballpark. I’ve found what works best for me is just paying attention to how I feel and then experimenting, and also just paying attention to what you had at the last meal, or the day before and keeping everything in a kind of balance. We all have different needs so we are the ones who has to decide for ourselves based on on our own body’s reaction to things.
