  1. Joan Campbell says:

This is such an incredibly SMART system! I think all women who have been on the diet rollercoaster are making this too complicated….this design is ingenious. Eat the foods you LIKE within the parameters of the calories, and you will lose! It is unrealistic to think that anyone could tell you what to eat. This gives us all the freedom and flexability to live our lives and still succeed! I’m just a beginner, and this concept just “clicks” in my mind at the answer I’ve been looking for. Thank you so much for this program. I’m so energized at the possibilities.

  2. is the diet real foods or are there lots of different protein shakes and supplements that need to be taken along with it for it to work?

    • Hi Laura, the diet is real foods and we don’t tell you what to eat, mainly the the approximate amount of calories. You can get ideas from other ladies in the forum on what to eat and certainly you do not need to buy protein shakes and supplements. We are all different but I prefer real food, solid food, and I don’t like to drink my calories – it just isn’t satisfying to me. I like to budget in whatever treats I like whenever I want. It’s all just a give and take.

  3. Hello Di,

This program usually has a 30 day trial. It is for any age group and starts at a beginning level. It is for all levels of experience and it is for life. Check back with us whenever you are ready.

Wishing you a speedy recovery for your arms and shoulders.

    Roberta

  4. Is there a meal plan included?

    • Hi Sue,

There is a calorie planning tool and a protocol for modulating your macro’s and calories for a sustainable weight loss plan for females. The exact food choices are your own. There are a lot of menu ideas in the forum and lots of ladies who will help and tell you what they like to eat and share recipes.

Ultimately each person has to find the foods that work for them according to what makes them feel best, allergies, food intolerance, etc.

      Best of luck,
      Roberta
