Setting a goal is the first and most critical step to changing your body. What follows is a series of baby steps and smaller goals to get you to your ultimate bigger goal. But this process is never smooth and often really bumpy complete with moments of self doubt and occasions when you feel like ‘maybe this just isn’t meant for me’.
Falling down is human, we all do it, and nobody is perfect. You will never be defined by how many times you fall down. You WILL be defined by how many times you get back up.
In today’s podcast Laura shares her story about trying multiple body transformation contests until she found what it took to stick it out and make a change…and change she did!
Laura shares her challenges through the Venus Index contest and how she found her way. For Laura the contest was very much the tale of two different 6 week stories. She comes to a point of reflection and re-dedication at the half way mark of the contest that challenged her meddle and forced her to be accountable to herself.
It’s also at this point that Laura dedicated to being accountable to everyone else in the Venus Index community and use her new found momentum to push through to the end of the contest.
